Kyle Seager signs long-term deal with Seattle
Former Northwest Cabarrus Trojan Kyle Seager officially signed a multi-year contract with the Seattle Mariners in December.
In 2014, he batted .268 with 25 home runs and 96 RBIs, while scoring 71 runs. He also had a .981 fielding percentage at third base, committing only eight errors in 422 chances.
Right now he is only Cabarrus County player in Major League Baseball, but he has two brothers who hope to join him.
