Work continues at Central Cabarrus High School in Concord on new field turf in the football stadium. The work is expected to be complete in time for the new football and soccer season which begin in August.

The first game is expected to be Mount Pleasant at Central Cabarrus. It will be one of the Cabarrus County Games of the Week broadcast by Radio Free Cabarrus.
